Practical Fusion began with years of tank building experience, a good reputation, and the belief that the stainless tank and equipment market needed a more competitively priced USA built option. Founder Colin Preston started his business in his garage after receiving a few direct requests to build tanks. One by one, Practical Fusion vessels found their way into local breweries, and as word got out, orders increased. Colin has conservatively grown the business into what it is today by practicing the basic philosophy that high quality, affordable, well built tanks and kettles will speak for themselves.

Marc Martin is an experienced brewer and brewery consultant. He works closely with us to design systems.
Marc Martin is the Owner and Consultant of Northwest Brewery Advisors, a professional brewery consulting company based in Portland, Oregon. He specializes in assistance with new craft and micro brewery start-ups, equipment design, procurement, installations, brewing process, personnel and brewer training and recipe development.
He has 25 years of Pro Brewer experience, 8 years assisting in the completion of breweries and brewpubs. Currently, there are over 40 operations established throughout the U.S. and Canada that he consulted with. You can reach Marc directly at: (512-917-2464).
