Do you stand behind your products? Do you have a product guarantee or customer satisfaction promise?

We definitely stand behind our products. Our standard warranty covers all materials and workmanship for 3 years as long as the equipment is used and maintained properly. If any failure should occur beyond this period give us a call and we can discuss it. Our reputation is as solid as our products. You can always count on finding Colin’s cell phone number because it is welded to every major piece of equipment we sell.

What is the quality like? What are the quality of your inputs?

Our quality is the among the finest. We use only certified 304 stainless steel. Our welders and fabricators are some of the most experienced in the industry. Our quality will easily meet or exceed any other top line U.S. fabricator. Our owner is so confident in the quality of our work that his personal cell phone number is on the company name plate of every major piece of equipment. Who else would do this?

How do you keep prices so low? How do you keep your prices so competitive?

We have a small shop with low overhead. We deliver high quality products and we do it while maintaining high efficiency.  Our low overhead and high efficiency means that we can put out a better product for less cost, and we transfer those savings on to the customer.

We are very deliberate in maintaining a low overhead. Our shop is located in what was an unused portion of a large manufacturing facility which makes our rent factor very affordable. Adjacent to us is one of the area’s largest steel rolling companies. This means that we don’t need that very expensive equipment to roll the steel ourselves plus delivery is very simple. We don’t have an excessively large staff. It is more of a family operation reducing our personnel costs.

Why should I buy from Practical Fusion? What are the advantages of buying from Practical Fusion?

Since our beginnings in 2009, the company has been guided by the principle that high quality products can be produced and priced competitively if the production processes are kept efficient.

Part of that efficiency is because of our carefully built, all American supply chain.
We support U.S. businesses and American workers.

Buying from us you will be supporting a smaller U.S. company and not sending your dollars overseas. You can be confident in the quality, reliability and longevity of our products. Top quality U.S. equipment such as ours has a higher resale value as well. You can be sure that we will be here to serve your needs well into the future.

We understand what it takes to build a business. That’s why we try to be flexible in negotiating the deposit to reserve your place in our production schedule. Learn more when you request a quote.

I want to open a brewery. Aside from tanks, what else will I need?

We can help you source glycol chillers, steam boilers, transfer pumps, tank accessories, glycol temp and flow controllers, heating and cooling panels, and more.  The companies we work with are reputable within the industry, and come with high recommendation from our other clients.

How do I get a quote?

It is easy to get a quote from us. Follow this Practical Fusion Quote link. Please include the best phone number to reach you since many times a brief discussion is required to make sure our quote will be as accurate as possible to meet your needs.

Do you have anyone that can assist with Equipment set up and installation?

Indeed we do have an experienced consultant we can connect you to. While not an employee, we do have a local master brewer who works with us on equipment design to match individual facility layouts. He has his own professional brewery consulting company, has been in business for over 8 years and has set up over 40 breweries throughout the U.S. and Canada.
